I run EA Partners as an independent consultancy. I work directly with founders and leadership teams and stay close to delivery.

Background

I started my career in finance, beginning in treasury at J.P. Morgan, before training as a sales trader at Man Group.

I then moved into sales and commercial leadership in London, progressing at City Index from Sales Executive through leadership roles to Head of Global Sales.

After that I joined high-growth businesses and start-ups including Quiqup and Air Partner in London, building commercial functions and tightening sales process and reporting.

I then became Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Sales at CircuitHub (UK and USA), where I built SDR, AE, AM, CS, and Support functions and led global revenue teams.

Most recently I have served as Chief Operating Officer at eZhire in Dubai, owning sales and operations and supporting expansion into Saudi Arabia, including implementing OKRs, KPIs, SLAs, and BI reporting.

Today, through EA Partners, I work directly with founders and leadership teams as an independent consultant - staying close to execution, not just advice.
